FAQ

Do you deliver and set up? Absolutely! We will deliver and set up each bounce house and make sure that it's clean and in good working condition. Set up takes about 15-20 minutes and requires a 120V circuit with a minimum 15 amp breaker which is standard on most homes. We provide everything needed for set up. 

Are you Insured? Yes, we are Insured and can provide proof of insurance to any park, school or commercial location. Most parks do not provide electricity, generator can be rented in advance for $35.
What are the bounce house rules? Adult supervision required at all times No shoes, eyeglasses, food, gum, candy, markers, crayons, pens or drinks No wrestling or fighting No Silly String!
What type of surface is needed? The safest surface is a level grassy area. However, we can set up on concrete, asphalt, or bark. Please specify when ordering which surface your using for us to supply proper equipment.
What do I do in the event of inclement weather? We know that the weather/emergencies can be unpredictable and very harsh at times. We don't want to run the risk of damage to our equipment, injury to the children or our contractors. So, our policy is very simple. If you cancel for any reason before we setup, we will use your deposit for 30 days towards a future rental (hopefully you will try to reschedule and we will do our best to accommodate the request). However, once we deliver and setup the product, no refund is available regardless of the circumstances. There is also risk in high wind situations. Although it does not happen often, there are times when we will have to decline setup if we feel it would be unsafe to use the equipment. Winds and rain in excess of 15 - 20 mph would prevent us from safely anchoring the unit.   

Payment Policy? It’s critical that the contact person have payment ready for the driver at time of delivery. Drivers do not carry change and there will be an $5 charge for payment by card. Drivers are required to collect final payment prior to set-up. NO equipment will be set up until payment is made in full.      

  Power requirements? Customer is responsible for power. Splash-n-Jump Inflatable Rentals is not liable for problems due to power issues. Units need to be place within 50’ of 1 20-amp circuit for each blower and other items cannot be plugged into the same circuit.  Pick up Times Backyard parties are generally picked up within 4 hours of your event end time. During your Confirmation Call you will be given your 4 hour pick up window. Pickup can be as early as your event end time. If the Driver shows up to pick up the equipment and there is no one at the site or the gates are locked, you will be subject to an additional pickup fee. Schools, churches, Corporate and Park delivery site locations are generally picked up within 30 minutes of the event end time.   

 Early Completion If a Park, Church, School, or corporate event shuts down early before the scheduled pickup time, please contact the office immediately so that we may make every attempt to arrange for an earlier pickup. However, there is no guarantee that a Driver will be available last minute to do an earlier pickup and you may need to wait until your scheduled pickup time. The customer is responsible for the equipment from the time of delivery until it is picked up, never leave equipment unattended at any time.  

Rental Period Our equipment is rented by the event, however there is an 8 hour maximum time limit. Splash-n-Jump Inflatable Rentals only guarantees your equipment rental for the hours you have requested; indicated by the start and end time of your event. If you require an earlier delivery or later pickup time you Must state this when placing your reservation.    

Event Confirmation: We generally contact you within 1-2 days of your event to confirm final payment, method of payment, type of surface for set up, space and electrical requirements and coordinate delivery time, etc. All reservations require confirmation and coordination for delivery. If you are unavailable at the time of call, we will leave a message. If we cannot reach you and/or you do not call back before the day of your event, we cannot guarantee delivery and you may be subject to a cancellation fee.
